1950 Telephone Between Worlds James Crenshaw First Edition Hardcover Excellent

Up for sale is a very rare 1st edition copy of Telephone Between Worlds by James Crenshaw published in 1950.
The dust jacket has some wear and tear around the edges and some stains on the back.
There's some mild creasing on the hardcover edges
There's some discoloring on the opening page, and a couple of stains on the bottom of the title page.
Other than that, the pages are all crisp and unmarked with no creases or folds.
There is a scratch/indentation along the edges of the paper (pictured).
