This gorgeous dress is absolutely beautiful on. Its a navy color with lace and sequins. It features a sheer, cape- like sleeve that attaches at the shoulder. The main part of the dress has a wide strap tank top style.
The only flaw is a slight bit of "fray" on the very bottom of the back, shown. It can be easily trimmed off. It's barely visible.
This dress is a petite, but my mom who wore it, only one time, is 5'8" and it fell pretty perfectly.
