This is an EXTREMELY RARE Pokemon Gold / Silver Double-Sided Coin, measuring approx. 2.5" across. This a promotional item and was NEVER AVAILABLE IN ANY STORE. Coin that was given out during the Nintendo E3 Arena from 1999. They were only given out 1,000 of these to the Pokemon Fans.
The "Gold Version" side features Ho-Oh and the "Silver Version" side features Lugia. The edging of the coin is gold and it weighs There is a small mark/nick on the Ho-Oh side which is on the last picture. There is some very very fine superficial scratches noted.
